The c-aterpillar C10 Series Fuel Injector 212-3464 is a high-performance EUI (Electronically Controlled Unit Injector) specifically engineered to meet the strict OEM specific-ations of c-aterpillar C10 diesel engines, focusing on high-precision fuel delivery, anti-clogging performance and long-term operational reliability for heavy-duty applic-ations in dusty, high-humidity and complex harsh working environments. Crafted from high-strength heat-treated alloy steel (06Cr19Ni10) with ultra-precise machining and carbonitriding surface treatment technology, this injector ensures exceptional structural hardness, corrosion resistance and wear resistance, maintaining consistent fuel delivery performance in harsh operating environments such as construction machinery, long-haul trucks, industrial power generation equipment and mining vehicles. Equipped with a 7-hole precision-drilled nozzle with 530bar ultra-high pressure atomization capability, the nozzle adopts a needle valve structure that is not easy to clog, achieving ultra-fine fuel atomization and accurate fuel metering, effectively improving combustion efficiency by up to 24%, reducing fuel consumption and harmful emissions (NOx and PM), while enhancing engine power output and operational stability even under long-term high-load, low-temperature and dusty working conditions. It features factory-installed high-durability A-type metal wound gaskets (flexible graphite tape wrapped with 304L stainless steel) and precision-machined electromagnetic valve components for a zero-leak seal, and undergoes 100% pre-shipment functional testing (in line with JB/T4730.3 standard), including fuel delivery, pressure and timing verific-ation, to guarantee reliable cold starts and long-term stable operation even in extreme temperature ranges (-45℃~165℃). As a direct-fit replacement injector that complies with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards, the 212-3464 is designed for turbocharged and intercooled C10 engines, reducing unplanned downtime, extending the service life of the engine fuel system, and providing cost-effective maintenance solutions for C10 engine operators, and it is also a compatible replacement for part number 2123464 and 166-0158.
