The c-aterpillar C10 Series Fuel Injector 212-3468 is a high-performance EUI (Electronically Controlled Unit Injector) specifically engineered to meet the strict OEM specific-ations of c-aterpillar C10 diesel engines, focusing on ultra-high precision fuel delivery, superior wear resistance, anti-clogging performance and stable operation in harsh heavy-duty environments with high dust, high humidity, frequent load changes and extreme temperature fluctuations. Crafted from high-strength heat-treated alloy steel (06Cr19Ni10) with ultra-precise machining and supersonic flame spraying surface treatment technology, this injector ensures exceptional structural hardness, corrosion resistance and wear resistance—its supersonic sprayed tungsten carbide coating forms a dense protective layer with HRC60-62 hardness, featuring low heat input, strong coating adhesion, no sand holes or peeling, effectively preventing surface wear, corrosion and impurity adhesion, and extending service life significantly compared to conventional laser cladding technologies. It maintains consistent fuel delivery performance in harsh operating environments such as construction machinery, long-haul trucks, industrial power generation equipment and mining vehicles. Equipped with a 7-hole precision-drilled nozzle with 560bar ultra-high pressure atomization capability, the nozzle adopts an anti-clogging needle valve structure (axis needle type) that allows the needle to reciproc-ate smoothly in the nozzle, avoiding blockage caused by dust and impurities, achieving ultra-fine fuel atomization and accurate fuel metering, effectively improving combustion efficiency by up to 27%, reducing fuel consumption and harmful emissions (NOx and PM), while enhancing engine power output and operational stability even under long-term high-load, low-temperature and dusty working conditions, meeting higher emission standards similar to Euro Ⅳ requirements. It features factory-installed high-durability D-type metal wound gaskets (flexible graphite tape wrapped with 316L stainless steel, Class series) and precision-machined electromagnetic valve components with optimized spring force adjustment, ensuring a zero-leak seal and stable valve operation even under extreme pressure fluctuations, with the gasket meeting high-pressure sealing requirements of turbocharged engines. It undergoes 100% pre-shipment functional testing (in line with JB/T4730.3 standard), including fuel delivery, pressure and timing verific-ation, to guarantee reliable cold starts and long-term stable operation even in extreme temperature ranges (-55℃~180℃).
