As a critical component of the engine fuel supply system, it executes the final fuel injection "switch" function, receiving pulse signals from the ECU to control fuel injection timing, quantity and duration precisely, effectively eliminating throttle lag and ensuring linear power output, which is essential for the stable operation of turbocharged C10 engines in complex working conditions. Crafted from high-strength heat-treated nickel-based alloy steel (Inconel 625) with ultra-precise CNC machining and high-speed laser cladding surface treatment technology, this injector ensures exceptional structural rigidity, high-temperature resistance and wear resistance—its laser-clad tungsten carbide coating forms a smooth, dense protective layer with HRC58-60 hardness, featuring low heat input, small deformation, uniform cladding thickness and strong adhesion, effectively preventing surface wear, corrosion and impurity accumulation, extending service life significantly, and allowing for remanufacturing to save maintenance costs.
