As a critical component of the engine fuel supply system, it executes the final fuel injection "switch" function, receiving pulse signals from the ECU to control fuel injection timing, quantity and duration precisely, effectively eliminating throttle lag and ensuring linear power output, which is essential for the stable operation of turbocharged C10 engines in complex working conditions. Crafted from high-strength heat-treated alloy steel (1Cr18Ni9Ti) with ultra-precise CNC machining and plasma spraying ceramic coating technology, this injector ensures exceptional structural rigidity, high-temperature resistance and wear resistance—its plasma sprayed ceramic coating forms a smooth, dense protective layer with HRC57-59 hardness, featuring strong adhesion, excellent corrosion resistance and no peeling issue, effectively preventing surface wear, corrosion and impurity accumulation, extending service life significantly, and allowing for remanufacturing to save maintenance costs. It features factory-installed high-durability K-type metal wound gaskets (flexible graphite tape wrapped with 316L stainless steel, Class 2 series) and precision-machined electromagnetic valve components with optimized spring force adjustment, ensuring a zero-leak seal and stable valve operation even under extreme pressure fluctuations (up to 320MPa transient pressure), with the gasket meeting high-pressure sealing requirements of turbocharged engines.
