FAQ

Q5: What is the lead time for a hydraulic pump?
A: We maintain a large stock of common models (e.g., K3V112DT, K5V140, A8VO series).
* In-stock: Shipped within 1-2 business days.
* Out-of-stock: Usually 7-10 days for assembly and testing. We use express shipping (DHL/FedEx) for urgent repairs, arriving in 5-7 days worldwide.

Q6: Critical Question: How should I install the new pump to avoid immediate failure?
A: Most pump failures are caused by improper installation. You must:
1. Clean the System: Flush the entire hydraulic system and tank to remove metal shavings from the old pump.
2. Replace Filters: Always install a new return filter and pilot filter.
3. Prime the Pump: Fill the pump case with fresh hydraulic oil through the drain port BEFORE starting the engine. Failing to do this causes "Dry Start," which destroys the pump in seconds.

Q7: What is your warranty policy for hydraulic pumps?
A: We offer a 6 to 12-month warranty.
* Coverage: Major components (shaft, cylinder block, pistons) against manufacturing defects.
* Requirement: The warranty is valid only if the hydraulic system was cleaned and filters were replaced during installation. We provide free technical consultation to help your mechanics troubleshoot any performance issues remotely.
